CountmediQ (“Company”) values users’ personal information and complies with applicable laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information is collected, used, stored, and deleted through the CountmediQ app and how such information is handled.

This Policy is effective as of March 30, 2026. The Company may revise this Policy if required by law or if the service changes, and material changes will be announced through in-app notices or other appropriate means.

1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

(1) Categories of Personal Information Collected

The Company may collect or process the following information.

1) Information directly provided by users

Subscription services Subscription product information, subscription status (active, expired, renewal status, etc.), transaction identifiers, purchase tokens, or receipt information
Customer support inquiries Inquiry title, inquiry content, reply email address, and any information provided by the user during the inquiry process

CountmediQ requires login with Apple or Google in order to use the service.

The Company provides Google login and Apple login, but may not allow duplicate accounts for the same user. If a user signs up with one social login method first and later signs in with another, the Company may treat the user as the same user, sign the user into an existing account, or link the accounts where applicable.

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The Company does not directly store payment instrument information such as card numbers or bank account details.

2) Information generated or collected during service use
