Paid subscriptions for CountmediQ are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Because payments are processed through each app marketplace’s payment system, refund eligibility, refund approval, timing, and processing method may vary depending on Apple’s or Google’s policies, applicable laws, and the rules of the relevant store.
Users who want a refund must first request the refund through the platform on which the purchase was made, in accordance with that platform’s procedures.
If a user contacts the Company, the Company may provide reasonable assistance such as confirming the purchase route or checking subscription status.
Refunds are not automatically guaranteed and may be determined based on factors such as:
The Company may receive payment-related inquiries and provide confirmation and guidance where necessary, but final approval of in-app subscription refunds and actual refund processing may be governed by the policies and procedures of the platform through which the payment was made, such as Apple or Google.
Partial refunds or prorated refunds for unused periods are not guaranteed in principle, and may only be provided where required by applicable law or permitted by the relevant app marketplace’s policies.
If a refund is approved, it will in principle be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase. However, the actual refund method, whether any processing fee applies, and the refund processing period may depend on the policies of the relevant app marketplace or payment service provider.
