These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between J&J Tech Inc. (“Company”) and users in connection with the use of the CountmediQ mobile application and related services (“Service”).
“CountmediQ” is a service that provides pill photo capture, pill counting, result viewing, photo storage, subscription-based premium features, and login-based cloud storage/viewing features on mobile devices.
These Terms apply from the time the user downloads, installs, or uses the app.
2.1. The Company provides the following services:
2.2. The specific structure, functions, screens, names, and methods of providing the Service may change according to the Company’s operating policies.
2.3. Login with Apple or Google is required to use the Service, and the availability or scope of some features may vary depending on subscription status.
3.1. Users may access and use their account through Apple login, Google login, or any other method provided by the Company.
3.2. The Company may prohibit duplicate accounts for the same user. If a user first signs up using one social login method and later signs in using another, the Company may log the user into an existing account or link the accounts to the extent the Company determines they belong to the same user.
3.3. Users must provide accurate account information and must not use another person’s information or false information.
3.4. Users are principally responsible for managing their own account and for all activities conducted through it.
3.5. Users may not transfer, lend, sell, or pledge their account to any third party.
